We’re Cashless
What payment methods are accepted in park?
In-line with other entertainment venues, Sea World is cashless, with card and digital payments only accepted in park from Monday 23 March. This process allows for a faster, safer and more convenient experience.
Will we have to pay more with credit card fees?
There are no additional transaction fees when purchasing items at our properties via card or digital wallet.
Cash is still a legal tender, and I should be able to use it to pay for my items?
Sea World is now cashless, in-line with other entertainment venues. Card and digital are the only form of payments accepted in park. We have recently transitioned to being a cashless venue which is a common business practice in the entertainment industry throughout Australia in recent years.
